STEDFAST SUPPORT

We offer a high level of support to all of our users. We want to make sure that Stedfast works for you so will be available to get you fully up and running and helping you on an ongoing basis.

GETTING STARTED

It is really easy to get started on Stedfast. Organisations just need to subscribe to the package that suits them best and then take 14 days to trial the system. If it’s not right for you then simply cancel your account and you won’t be charged.

But to make sure that it is right for you, we like to run a few online sessions – for free – to get you up and running. Whilst Stedfast is an intuitive system, some of the assessment and curriculum planning concepts will be new to many education and training providers.

Our support team is on hand to help you get started.

HELP & SUPPORT

There is a full suite of support pages in Stedfast. When users log in they will be able to access these and they will let you know how to use the system.

If the account admin still needs help we have a ticketing system in Stedfast which will let the system administrator get help.

ONSITE SUPPORT

Onsite support is available but at an additional cost…but you really don’t need us to visit to show you how to use Stedfast.

Using online meeting software, our help pages and videos and support tickets we can provide all of the help you need.

And by not making us travel, just think about how we are all doing our bit for a greener world.
